Q: Jellyfish Messenger ? What is it ?
R: It is a new way of communicating based on the exchange of customizable multimedia messages. Usable on any occasion: humorous messages, birthday, wedding, football league results. All occasions are good to communicate with your close relations !
Q: Is it free ?
R: Most content is free. Few animations require "JellyCoins" but you can enjoy most of JellyFish messenger freely.
Q: I am unable to install JellyFish on my Windows 95/98/Me system !
R : Required performances to use JellyFish Messenger match to the required minimal performances to use Windows XP/2000/2003. So only a version for Windows XP/2000/2003 has been developed.
Q: How to know if my messages were received by its recipient ?
R: Just use "Message tracking" menu on our homepage. After identification, you will access messages about to be delivered to their recipients. If no message appears in this list, it means that all your messages has been received.
Q: I wish to use JellyFish Messenger at home and at work. Where will I receive messages ?
R: JellyMesseger works as your email software (Outlook for example). The first messenger that will check for messages will received them.
